En una plantilla creamos un recurso: AWS::ApiGateway::RestApi hemos exportado el recurso para que sea exportable y en otro Type: AWS::ApiGateway::Resource en RestAPI, deberíamos poder usar la variable export la idea es que finalmente podamos tener un sistema modulable cloudformation
