  That's true, but I think your letter outlines what you're doing; but how it'll help the customer, you're not explaining in there. So the possibility arises that the customer will lose interest.

  Chaitanyathengdi, thank you. It is important for messages to be short and concise. In today's automated world, everything has a "timer" because everything must be efficient. Good thing or bad thing? In either case, the quicker the read, the more likely the material is actually read. And, that is the mission.
