As a Production Support person, I help with production through resolution of technical requests. Also I handle technical requests filed by end users of a company’s product or system. My primary responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving errors, and throughout my work I must constantly log details for later reports and to provide customers with updates. When not fixing issues, we assist other engineers by contributing to product development and improving processes. Following a full-time schedule, as a product support engineer i work in most of the DevOps monitoring Tools. Also the project which i am working is basically works on SRE hence i involve in tools like ServiceNow, AppD, PCF, Kibana, WinSCP, ElasticSearch, Git, Postman API and few other tools.
