I feel most comfortable to design with adobe illustrator which is vector based graphics platform and the super advantages of vector based graphics are known to all. You may lose image quality if you use pixel based images, specially when they need to be enlarged. Vector based images can be enlarged without losing any quality. Vector based images can be converted to pixel based. It can be converted to almost all formats. Vector based images can be printed as spot color or four color process. Pixel based graphics can't get most of those advantages. So, I think using illustrator or corelDRAW not photoshop is the best way to design a logo. You will find some sample of the artworks by checking my portfolio or I will show you some samples and you can choose your desired one that fit your needs. Then I will edit it as you need. I will deliver you both of colored version and black and white version for using in various purposes. Various popular file formats such as .ai, .ens, .pdf, .gif, .jpeg, .tiff will be delivered as you need for commercial usages. You have sole rights to use, change or edit your logo or artwork whenever you want when it is finally delivered.
