I am working as a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee in one of my friend company named as EZ ELD Solutions, where I oversees the sales, customer service and operations of the supervisors and other employees. I gain sales and management skills by working firstly as a Sales and Operations Manager for 1.5 years and to enhancing my skills internationally I joined Norton LifeLock as a Customer Service Representative. I graduated my Bachelor's with Hospitality Management in 2020 and plans to continue pursuing a career in business management and sales. I demonstrated my abilities in retail sales, management, customer service and team leadership. I'm fluent in English and Hindi, and I do know how to work with Zoho accounting and QuickBooks on a basic level. I also handy with gadgets and latest technology which makes me efficient.

Daily working is to brief sales team that what's our goal, how we can achieve it, what leads we do have and so on. After that I started work with customer service department about calling system waiting, progress of customers queries, major queries we are facing and employee requirements on busy time like evening or morning. Later on finish with accounts at the end of the day by evaluating today sales and payment delays on Zoho accounting and Quick books.

Started working in sales and management of cargo for the transportation department. My daily schedule is to manage all the team to provide timely instructions to the drivers, moreover call the brokers to book loads for the fleet and sale our services, create list of trucks availability in upcoming days with time and date, locations of trailer and when the facilities empty them, providing proper documentation of each cargo to the broker.
