SME Competence Center (SCC)
SCC is dedicated to provide technology solutions for small to medium enterprise. The clear focus on SMEs means that our methodology, process, style of execution and cost structure is aligned to the expectations of SME sector.
We have a team of 50 people (20 of them in SCC). All employees at Medcon are conversant in English and exposed to US Culture. Our project managers have professional experience of at least five years and have worked for at least six months or more. Our software execution is process driven and this is borne by two key metrics - Of 10 projects, the schedule variance has been +/- 6% and Of 10 projects, the price variation has been no more than +/- 10%.
