I am an experienced customer support agent currently working in an Australian customer support outsourcing company, seeking a part-time remote position in the field of customer support where I can apply my technical knowledge and skills for continuous improvement.
I have multiple help desks experience: Zendesk, Front, Freshdesk, Intercom, Helpscout. I'm also experienced in many E-commerce and SaaS support and order management tools: Shopify, Loop, Returnly, Shipstation, Shiphero, etc.
As a part-timer, I'm confident to be able to work up to 20 hours/week.
