I was employed by a local NGO called CHAD-ET (Organization for Child Development and Transformation) as a Program Officer. There were 7 projects running under my supervision. Most of the projects are related to HIV/AIDS, Adolescent Reproductive Health, Education and Youth Livelihood promotion. My responsibility was to oversee the successful achievements of the goals and objectives of the projects though provision of professional, technical support and monitoring of the projects.
