VROL is a web-based service that automates and simplifies the dispute resolution process. VROL was created to help members to manage Visa transaction disputes and to prevent disputes from occurring. VROL is designed to eliminate paper, expedite information exchange, and guide users through all stages of a dispute, from the initial inquiry through final resolution. Members can also use dispute resolution questionnaires to capture information in place of a cardholder or merchant letter for most non-fraud disputes. The questionnaires lead the user to ask the right questions to support the dispute in an intuitive way, making resolution faster and easier, resulting in a dispute process that is clear to all parties. Earlier, Issuer and Acquirer communicated through courier. It is time consuming and expensive. It took lot of time to do financial transactions such as Chargeback, representment, pre filing, arbitration, pre arbitration and compliance. To overcome these problems we implemented VROL application. It contains various modules such as TI,RFI,Case Folder,Questionaire,Case,Filing,Financials,Batchprocessing,BulkSI,VDAS,RFC,Imaging,IECF,ROL Reporting. Role: Developer & Designer Technology: Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Oracle Project Description: USRP is a client-server application that enables and support AT&T Ordering and Provisioning Platforms. AT&T supporting staff uses USRP to place New/Change/Disconnect orders, modify/SUPP existing orders, and retrieve order status information for Frame Relay, ATM, INCS, IP, and Private Line Services. The main aim of the USRP system is to ensure smooth process of ordering with minimum manual interventions. The other important task is to ensure that all the orders have the prerequisite information before they can be sent to the downstream provisioning systems. There are 2 different kinds of orders from the functional point of view. They are ·Regular Orders: These are the orders which originate from customers as a “request” and not as a “complaint”. ·Correction Orders: These are the orders which originate from the customers as a “complaint” owing to billing and provisioning mismatch. Such orders are commonly referred to as “Corr” orders. Health Alliance provides Medical and Dental Insurance plans to their employees. These Insurance policies are provides through Insurance provider companies BCBS and Innoviant. To maintain personal, employment and plan information we have developed this system. Before using this system Health Alliance HR staff was maintaining three different systems for keeping this information due to this employees information and plan details was inconsistence and irredundant. To solve this problem we have built this system. System has one point information entry and it maintains information for two different companies and creates two different format flat files as per the service provider requirement, and sends to them in encrypted form. This product will be use by Actuaries & Finance Experts to calculate future risk, pension benefit & other financial risks based on the organization defined calculation matrix. Actuaries or Finance Experts can calculate the pension benefits for the number of organization so that they can set the different matrix as per their requirement. This product can be customizing for any type of pension calculations, according to client requirements. The product has been developing using Java, JSP, Servlets and XML. Role and Contributions: .
