Knowledgeable in processing orders, returns, exchange, refund, and order follow up which these skills I got from my previous job as a call center representative for an e-commerce store (Walmart Canada website). I also know inventory management, I got this skill when I worked as a sales technician on a physical store here in the Philippines which I am the one who assigned in inventory task. I have experience as a phone, chat and email support, I got these skills when I worked in the call center as a customer service representative and technical support which I know that I can use to work as a virtual assistant. I don't have experience as a Virtual assistant but I can use all my previous experiences and Internet as my resource to fulfill my duties and responsibilities once I hired as your VA.
