I have largely worked as a Business Development head for Exhibitions firm for Stall designing and Fabrication. I also have knowledge on Production.
Apart from that i am highly motivated professional in terms of work and well known in my organisation and among clients for proper delivery of work.
I have been taking care of cold calling, lead generation, Email marketing, handling Social media platforms, meetings, discussions and presentations, deals closures, after sales service and client retentions. Also, my work includes discussion with different internal teams including design, production and operation team and briefing them on client requirement and getting the work done as per clients expectations.
Customer relationship management is one of my best skillset I would say and that I get lot of work opportunity due to word of mouth from my prior clients who recommends my work.
Also, I have had an opportunity to work with education consultancy wherein again my role was of leads generation, understanding and counselling students as per requirements, marketing planning, seminars planning and Budget planning.
