I started as a Technical Support Representative with Convergys. I was doing email, chat and inbound support for Microsoft Xbox Also,I was connected to our Local Government Unit for 4 years as a Staff Clerk. I was assigned to various tasks such as; segregating and distributing incoming phone calls, I also schedule meeting with clients and inform and issues that may arise and I gather data and information and if necessary do some research. I have dealt with different kinds of personalities and nationalities which gained me more experience and molded me into a better and a more responsible worker. I have a full knowledge in web research, MS Office (Full), Social Media and other related programs and speak the English language fluently.I am a very well organized person and is willing to learn new things and go on training if needed. I am versatile on time schedules. I can assure you that I will be able to assist you in your task in time with quality work.
