I was cheated by this freelancer Sourav B. This is what happened, in sequence. (1) I awarded the project to this freelancer (2) She made me make a milestone and release payment immediately before project was completed promising to deliver the next day (3) the next day she said not just milestone 1 but entire project is ready and I need to make remaining payment so she can deliver (4) I requested the code for milestone 1 that I had already paid for since she pressured me into it the previous day but she refused (5) on repeated asking she gave me pdf and word files that I had already given her as samples - old files with old dates on them still (!) saying this was code (6) I started a dispute and she uploaded the pdf and word files as proof of her work (7) after so much time wasted with customer service of freelancer.com I got back the monies paid (8) after 3 weeks the freelancer makes new request for the entire project payment - all this without delivering one single line of code!!! She even blocked me on chat so I could not communicate to her even. This freelancer is a total fraud. Please do not hire her. She will take your money and run. She may not even be a technical person. This could be a total fraudulent setup. Beware!
