Hello dear potential Employers:) I'm a [login to view URL] graduate at European studies with English & German language minors from the Universities of Sofia, Bulgaria & Osnabrueck, Germany. I have worked in the outsourcing centres of different international companies, based in Sofia, executing jobs such as technical support specialist for Hewlett-Packard, Money transfer Specialist for Sitel, and 3 and a half years of managing the customer services & marketing teams for an online-based poker room. I have decided to turn to freelancing for the next year, while i'm getting prepared for my S.A.T exams, which would allow me to continue my university education in the States. I'm used to target&result oriented-working, under pressure, taking responsibility for all tasks that were dedicated to me, proven by the fact that i have worked full-time to support myself throughout my whole university education. I'm flexible in my working hours/terms and open towards all kinds of short-term or long-term agreements & cooperations.
