A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy as CUM LAUDE. I am a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor, Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll Advisor. My experience in Accounting/Business and the knowledge and skills that I have obtained will make me an asset to your team. I am currently working as an RTR Analyst in one of the leading BPO companies nationwide which is IBM Business Services. Before that, I worked as an Accountant in two manufacturing companies in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I previously worked in Accenture- Philippines as a General Accounting Associate for almost two years. I have a strong experience in Cash Management which includes Petty Cash, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations, Review of documents as well as Document handling and posting of expenses. I am also knowledgeable with Fixed Assets Management such as Creation and Modification of Assets, Asset Capitalization and Asset Retirement through sale or transfer of Asset and Scrapping. We also do monthly depreciation and generate FA Reports. I also have knowledge in Accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial statement preparations. I have had an experience in the use of the following Accounting Software during the course of my working years. (Quickbooks, Xero, Oracle, Peachtree, Tally and SAP) Some of these experience, I've gained from doing part-time jobs for small businesses who needs to finalize their books. I also have knowledge in Manual Bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel for clients who do not use any Accounting Software. I was a Trainee in an Auditing Firm in the Philippines for four months. My job consisted of work with Bookkeeping, Payroll Accounting, Journal Entries and Petty Cash. I am also well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc). I am proficient in English Language both in written and in Oral. During the last years, I have had the opportunity to work in many areas of Accounting and I really believe these experiences have prepared me for the industry. I am also knowledgeable in doing Administrative jobs because it is actually part of my job descriptions. I can say I have a lot of strengths to offer and as what my saying goes "Believe you can do, and you're halfway there". I know I can, you just have to invest a little trust and I will do the rest. I decided to try and find my luck in the world of freelancers. It is because of the defined changes we are encountering nowadays and I believe this platform where people can get to work at the comfort of their home, delivering services that is both beneficial to us and our client is something we can all look forward to.
