Worked as an IT support engineer in well-known IT consulting company. My duties were solving technical problems in Desktops, laptops and mobiles, troubleshooting, software installation, network configuration, computer lab maintenance, mobiles unlocking and software restore, upgrade, till operating, stock management, customer services, call outs for IT/network maintenance and issues, sales, marketing and support activities.

Worked as a Student Associate as a part of SAS (Student Associate Scheme), in the Forest Gate Community School in order to gain experience of working with children. My duties were managing lecture schedule, preparing lecture notes, assisting teachers with regular school activities and mentoring student as and when needed. Working in educational background provides good professional environment where communication plays a vital role. It was a 15 days temporary job.
