Hi! My name is Carina Dias, and I have 5 years of experience in virtual assistant and data entry/analysis.
I started my career at the university where I studied Psychology. I was an administrative assistant for teachers, where I was responsible for organizing and managing email, archiving and planning congresses and travels.
Also, related to my internship and the first year of my phd, I have experience in data entry and analysis, on the following programs: spss and excel.
Also, I work in a human resources company, as virtual assistant. I performed tasks such as: email box management; contact with customers and suppliers; complaint management; travel planning; company training plans organization and company quality management.
In addition, I was responsible for customer support for a telecommunications company.
As a personal taste, I love writing, and during my professional career I wrote for several newspapers.
I think my greatest strengths are the ability to easily adapt to various types of work due to my capacity to learn new knowledge.
