A prototype of golf cart motor operating at 48V was developed.
Input commands were received off of a notebook PC.
Over current, over temperature protection onboard.

It was just a testing prototype with lots of test points and debug features.

A smartphone app controlled the LED's brightness and colors over Wi-Fi network.
Both peer to peer and centrally controlled topologies were available.
Use could choose the controller to be an AP or node.

The control board for a high speed opto-isolated data interface.
The interface acts as a transceiver and an optical bridge for 100Mbps data up and down streams.
Laser diodes with modulated beams and photo-receivers were used to achieve high speed through-air optical link.
