I needed assistance with CAD drawings for a new front porch that consisted of 2 10 ft tapered columns, pergola style roof rafters where 10 ft of the 12 ft rafters would be covered with plywood, roofing material and metal roof panels. The porch is a 10 x 10 with a 9 ft high roof held up with 2 cement/wood columns. I was introduced to Muhammad M. through FREELANCER and after confirming his credentials as a Civil/Structural Engineer, I showed him my sketches and he went right to work interpreting my drawings and quickly returning excellent drawings to scale. I needed a total of 6 drawings with some needing modifications. As we worked through each drawing, Muhammad was very understanding and eager to make the necessary changes and asked questions to ensure it was what I needed on the drawing. He finished all six drawings in a very reasonable amount of time to do the necessary work to my satisfaction. The cost to do the work was agreeable to both of us and very reasonable for this type and quality of work. Working with Muhammad has been a pleasure , he is very professional and takes pride in his work! If you have a project and need an excellent Building/ Civil/ Structural ENGINEER, I would highly recommend Muhammad! I plan to hire him again for my next project! -Nick B.
