Quick and professional. Highly recommended. Modshops IS NOT just a robot doing what is commanded (although if that is what you want, he will do it). He thinks through what he is being asked, seeks to understand the end goal and is not afraid to make suggestions on how to do it better or more efficient when appropriate. A true zen-cart professional with excellent skills.

I must echo what others here have written. Grahame is excellent. He's the first freelancer I have used from this site who took a genuine creative interest in my project and made useful functionality suggestions, seeing them through completion to a level above and beyond my expectations. Project was completed ahead of promised time. He provides clear, thoughtful explanations, timely responses and a high level of technical expertise. To paraphrase what another employer stated, if Modshops bids on your project, first consider yourself darn lucky and second, save yourself the time going through the others. Grahame has raised the performance bar for freelancers. Well worth his fee and I will be using him again for future projects.

Grahame has delivered a level of service head and shoulders above any other provider I have encountered in this sector (including outside of GAF). He operates with unquestionable integrity, and has not only delivered what he promised on time (if not earlier!), but exceeded all my expectations. He approached the task with commerciality I found lacking in others, and always with good humour and impeccable manners. His technical expertise and willingness to find solutions has resolved a number of difficult issues created by others we worked with previously. I will definitely work with him again, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him very highly - 10 on the scale does not seem high enough! Don't be fooled by the fact that he appears more expensive than some of the others on GAF- it is money well spent as he works efficiently and delivers brilliant value!
