I am a Software Quality Analyst with more than 8 years of experience in functional, UI, web, apps, and regression testing. My professional experiences include working with multinational companies ranging from automotive, POS systems, ERP systems, an online grocer platform, and E-commerce. My approach to getting work done, and improving quality is being clear first with requirements- environment needed, tools, and most importantly identifying the scope of features/changes/fixes being required, and timelines as well. I am adept at user story analysis and translating acceptance criteria to test cases, I prepare test plans and test estimates to guide my team on the project requisites and schedule. I prefer to keep strong communication with clients and with the team I belong to, to further understand the needs of the project, and to inform likewise on the analysis and testing approach performed. I have used Jira and Trello and am adaptable to in-house bug trackers. For QA tools, I have brief experience with Appium and TestNG.
