I have a PhD in food science from Purdue University and 6 years of experience in the food industry in the US (Agrifiber Solutions LLC) and Europe (Nestle Research Center). I am currently working as a consultant with clients in India, West Africa and the UK, mostly focusing on technical aspects of business diversification initiatives. I'm passionate about food science and my experience allows me to offer clients objective inputs on how their food business can succeed. I specifically focus on businesses that increase access, availability and affordability of nutritious food. I have the technical knowledge necessary to overcome issues such as perishability, palatability and processing issues.
