I founded my own creative business, Art + Story LLC, in 2020 to be able to focus on freelance projects in my sweet spots: graphic facilitation, illustration, animation, comics. Graphic facilitation, also called scribing or visual notes, is the practice of using words, drawings, and infographics to bring a meeting or recording to life visually. Clients have included corporations (such as Salesforce and Crossover Health), nonprofits (such as the Jewish Community and Endowment Fund), and small businesses (such as Chaney Family Dentistry.) I am a collaborative yet self-starting person within teams and have experience working directly within clients. I have five years of experience as a graphic facilitator, bringing conversations and talks to life visually. I have nine total years of design experience. Visual tools include Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, After Effects, Adobe Audition), iMovie, and Figma for prototyping. I am able to make beautiful themed Power Point templates and custom graphics to make presentations sing. I am also skilled in the collaboration tools of Slack, Trello, Mural, Miro, and Google Drive.
