Zoho App integrating Zoho Desk with [login to view URL]

I'd like to create an app for Zoho that will be listed in marketplace.zoho.com.

The app would integrate Zoho Desk with Yourbrowser.is.

[login to view URL] is a tool for detecting end-user browser details.

In short, you provide a custom URL to your end-user, they open it and you receive a report on their browsing environment.

The app would enable Zoho Desk users to use [login to view URL] in two ways:

A. Free - mini-integration.

1. User signs up at [login to view URL] and creates a custom checker page, entering their Zoho email address.

2. User enters their custom checker page URL in the app configuration (for example, [login to view URL]).

3. When end-user browser details are needed for a specific ticket, a button in the ticket can be clicked (for example, "request browser details").

4. In the ticket an individual checker URL is generated and included (for example, [login to view URL][ticket_it]).

5. When the end-user opens the URL, a report is sent via email to the Zoho email address, with Zoho ticket ID included.

6. The report should be extracted and displayed in the ticket.

B. PRO - API integration.

1. User signs up at [login to view URL], purchases a PRO subscription and obtains their API Key.

2. User enters their API Key in the app and configures their custom checker page (in the app as well), including a callback URL.

3. When end-user browser details are needed for a specific ticket, a button in the ticket can be clicked (for example, "request browser details").

4. In the ticket an individual checker URL is generated and included.

5. When the end-user opens the URL, a report is generated and saved in [login to view URL] database and the callback URL is requested.

6. Upon callback, the app checks for new reports via API. If a new report is available for the specific ticket, it is loaded and included in the ticket.
