WordPress Customization Review System

Hello, I'm in need of two types of customizations on my website! One of them is rather extensive while the other is assumedly a small task.

1. The smaller task I need is to integrate a 'Daily Quotes' plugin into my website. I already have the plugin installed, but it requires some HTML to get it configured of which I know nothing.

2. The larger job is an overhaul of my website's review system. So right now, the reviews on my website use a custom WPBakery Element for reviews. It's integrated into the website directly. You can see here at https://hgczone.com. The review score will display in several places. I use a custom theme from themeforest called Good Game: [login to view URL]

What I need is the review score to be instead of a 10-point number-based score (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.), I need it to be a 5-point word-based score (Fail, Average, Above Average, etc.).

For imagery, there is a circle around the review score that shows the score, but since our website uses a 5-point system the circle makes it seem like the score is a 5/10 instead of a 5/5. Additionally, I would like each score to be represented by a small image instead of a number.

The reviews are made with a WPBakery element. There is a backend option with a dropdown menu that lets us pick the review score.

The color of the icon is our recommendation system (mainstream, Player, Niche, and singular). I would like the icon's color to be attached to that. Currently I just use a simple header element and change the text with each review, but I would like to make it a selectable option from a dropdown menu, the same as the review score.

Ultimately, I need the numbered review system to be replaced by a word/image-based system and changed from 10-points to 5-points.
