Quick search widget for IDX listings

A realestate site built in wordpress has property listings pulled through an IDX. What i want is a Quick search widget that will run the search parameters given on the IDX listings and return a search result page.

Also need a 'Featured Listings' features that will display properties from the IDX listing.

I have already tried several free plugins but have not been successful.

Requirements of freelancer -

1. Must have experience in developing IDX enabled real estate sites - need to see work samples exhibiting the quick search feature.

2. Fair knowledge of using or customizing plugins

Eligible freelancers only bid.
