Add featured Images on my Site

Need somebody experienced in Wordpress platform.
It's a micro project and should not take long.

1 person is needed to add on feature images for CATEGORIES
And to some posts that does not have featured images yet.
Should source images from

and upload on site and mark them as featured for categories and posts.
Around 70 images need be downloaded from free HQ pic resources and uploaded on my site.
Quick turnaround is a must.
