Few fixes for Wordpress site

I have a wordpress site: boutiquehotels org and need a few fixes to it:
1. Remove categores below the header (Asia, Europe, North America, etc)
2. As you can see on the frontpage each post has a featured image (assigned through a custom field) however when you go into a Category it displays a custom image. I need this to be fixed.
3. On each post (single) I need to display below the title the images and an adsense ad. Each should be 300 x 250.
I want images to be displayed exactly as this example: visitchiapas com/archeology/izapa/
The images must be added through media library and resized to 300 x 250. I can give you access to the example Im giving since I own that site. So you dont need to code anything.
The images should be displayed on the left with NO thumbnails below and the adsense ad on the right.
4. I need the google map to be displayed on the sidebar ALLIGNED with the images and adsense ad. The map to be displayed as 300 x 250.
I am attaching a sketch of the single, so you can get a clear idea of how I want it to look like. You may need to make the title a bit bigger so the images, adsense map and google map are alligned.
Please just bid of you know how to do it. Note that there is NO DESIGN needed, just coding.
The fixes are very simple I expect to get this done in 2 days max.
