Browser display issue and photo alignment issue

I need two things:
1) A button on my website cuts off at a certain zoom.
2) I'm converting my site from Thesis to Genesis (Wordpress). The photos on blog posts are aligned on the left, and I need them on the right. Also, the photos show up on the main blog page but don't show up when you click through to the full post.
