WooCommerce Estimated Ship Date and Delivery Date

All of our products are made to order and require time for us to build and ship. I would like on the page customers use to customize a product for it to show the Ship Date. This date needs to change based on the rush service the customer chooses. Standard service is 5 business days, rush service is 3 business days, and super rush is 2 business days. I would like to be able to change these at will.
During checkout I would like a delivery date to be shown and it should change based on the shipping method chosen. Keep in mind this date should be in addition to what the build time is. So if the build time is 5 business days and they select fedex 2 day service the delivery date should be 7 business days.
