Virus Clean up For Multiple Sites

We have multiple sites on our hosting that have been infected with Malware. We are looking for someone to come and clean up the sites. Our hosting company sent us the following message on what needs to be done:

All your websites seem defaced. If you want we could restore the whole 'www' folder of your account, but please note that this will not remove any third party files uploaded by the hacker and will not improve the security of your websites. You have to do take all the required measures to improve the security of all your websites, the whole hosting account and your local PC. In order to do this, you have to remove or update all outdated scripts, their components and plugins to the latest available versions, because the old versions are vulnerable to hackers' attacks and contain well known security holes. Please check the content of your account for any third party scripts uploaded by the hacker. You have to change all passwords in your account too - all FTP accounts passwords, the main account password and all script admin passwords. Also change the passwords of your private e-mails and scan your PC for trojan horses and key loggers. Looking forward to hearing from you.
