I am looking for a developer that has strong understanding of streaming, SVOD and TVOD. This is primarily to discuss in detail with potential companies what they can and can't do. I am looking to run the server on AWS, use wowza or aws transcoder type software for converting video files and variable bitrate. Then use JWplayer to show the videos on the website and app. What I first want to do is have the server and player setup so I can upload videos and embed them in my current website so I can begin testing.
