2. Blog.
3. Sales page.
4. Products page.
5. Shopping cart.
6. Email newsletter - including a link to 'Ask a Question'
It's a project for a sub-niche market - simplicity and focus are the keys. This is not a complicated project - I'm sure that there will be someone out there who has done this hundreds of times before.
Assume I know very little. Therefore, the project includes providing advice about which is the 'best of' for the required components e.g. the best blog script; the best newsletter manager etc.
This project needs to be one that can be replicated easily in the future as I identify sub-niches that I want to create a presence in.
Please refer me to examples of your previous work if possible i.e. provide the url's.
