On this site, users will take a 3 variable quiz and pay a small fee ($5.00) to enter their quiz answers into a lottery pool. The site admin will receive $1.00 out of the $5.00 for each quiz bought and submitted. The user account with the most points at the end of the quiz will win the entire pool.
I am looking for a developer capable of setting up a site with these main functions:
1. 3 variable quiz (yes, no, and if-no-then-yes? or leave value blank?). Multiple quizzes may be taken.
2. Paypal/credit card enabled with $1.00 for every $5.00 purchase accounted for separately.
3. Quiz answers cataloged and saved to external server space (will be outsourcing server space).
4. Meter on home page updating the total payout increases in real time (if possible).
5. Home page leader board table which updates showing first names of highest scoring account. **(if possible).
6. Admin enabled answer sheet connected to cataloged answer values. Answer sheet is update capable and tied directly to the leader board showing highest scoring account users.
