Change Title Font and Edit Menus of Website

I am using this html template and I need a few changes: [login to view URL]
1. Change the font for the title on the main page. The main title should use the font "Modern Serif Eroded." Please make a note how I can change this, because I may need the font to be "Tempus Sans ITC" in the future. Also, please tell me how to change the font for the subtitle. It doesn't need to change now, but it might in the future.
2. The top menus can go to 3 levels right now. Please make the menus be able to go 5 levels. See attached [login to view URL] for a photoshopped example.
3. Document where you made all changes to the code.
You will receive ftp information where you will have access to the test version of my website.
When sending your proposal, do not copy and paste a boilerplate text about yourself. Let me know that you read my actual project. This must be completed very soon.
