Build a Website using Google Sites

Our customer would be to revamp their website of JK accounting.
The existing website is not fancy and look like this:

The customer wants to rewrite this website onto Google Sites and host on Google Apps platform.
We want to include the online paypal and credit card payment gateway for the website.
We expect the revamped website looks more professional and this is one of the example:

In the attachment, we provide the mock up design of the new website. Please make sure you can implement the website using Google Sites according to the proposed design. There is a possibility that the design will be revised and everything depends on the customer need.
The new website should support multiple languages including English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
For all the bidders who are interested, please submit some of your Google site implementation experience and portfolio. Case reference of Google sites with online payment gateway will be highly preferred.
