Audio Content Delivery App...Convert, Automate 2 Any Format

Write, Develop, and Deliver a rich media content delivery application for both internet and mobile users of traditional Information & Entertainment outlets such as Television, Radio, Literature, Internet, and Film.

TASK: Write, Develop, and Deliver an automated audio-conversion-technology program (Web-based Software Module) that will produce the audio version of original Television, Radio, Print, Internet, and Film content – such as your favorite TV show, movie, newspaper, magazine, or internet video.

OUTPUT: The Software / Web Module should convert any existing media file to a high quality audio file version (whether originally text or video based). Users should be able to automate and upload their daily selections of preferred television, movies, newspapers, magazines, and internet content to a daily queue and have the ability to transfer / upload audio converted content to any mp3 capable device.

Please describe how you will go about completing the proposed project, including procedures, software, architecture, drawbacks, and creative input. Include any deliverables you may have or can provide as it pertains to our proposal.
