Site Stats (number of visitors since beginning, number of rentals, enquiries, etc.)

When a visitor makes an enquiry for a property, the owner will receives an email. He will have to clik on a link to access the content of the enquiry. He will answer the enquiry and the visitor will have to clik on a link to access the answer.

When deal is done, owner has to complete a sheet and send it for confirmation to visitor.

If visitor accept, he will have to pay the 10% deposit on our site. (paypal). When we receive the deposit, an email is sent to visitor and owners giving each other the contact details of other party.

Newsletter:

Agents and Owners will receives automatically every 3 months statistics of their listings.

I want to be able to send a mass mail to all agents and owners.

Visitors who subscribe to the newsletter will be added to a database for promotional newsletters once in a while.

Affiliate program:

Some other sites owners will place banners or text ads on their site and will be paid for each referral. I already bought an affiliate program script: AffiliatePro. We just need to customize it and implement it.

W3C validation:

I need a validation of the site. CSS also.

Language:

The site will be available in ENGLISH and French. (I will provide you all the translations for French version of the site.) I want to be easy to add new languages in the future.

Add a property:

I want owners and agents to be able to add EASILY their own properties, and manage them themselves. Easy to sign up, and to recover lost passwords.

I will validate each new listing before posting it.

Last minute deals:

Agents will choose to add their listing to last minute deals module. For this, they will pay a certain amount of money (paypal) When I receive the payment, I will place their listing in this section. I want it to be easy to do for me.

URL:

I need friendly URL’s.

Style and design:

I need the site to be USER friendly.

Please write in big characters, use the blue of the banners to do the site.

Make it clear, not too much infos, easy to use for visitors and Owners.
