Program Fee Generator

I'd like to replace the chart of program fees on [url removed, login to view] with a program fee caculator. There would be several options and depending on what is chosen, the price would show. It would be important to have a control panel where I can change the prices at any time or possibly add options too, like a new workshop.

It's not a straight up calculation such that Spanish costs something and adding yoga costs a set price, or standard calculators would work. Rather, each variation has its own set price. For instance Spanish, surfing, 1 week, shared room, low season has a specific program fee. So it would have to just take the price of each specific variation from the database.

If someone chooses a customized program such as 1 week of Span/surf and 2 weeks of Span/yoga, there would then be a simple calculation that the program would have to make. I could give more details on the specific calculation when necessary but it will be a formula.

If the client chose more than 4 weeks or if their options were not represented in any other way, they would be presented with a customized form for them to email me for a specific quote. That form would have text fields for the following:

* When would you like to begin your course?

* For how many weeks would you like to join us?

* Shared or private room?

* Which courses would you like to take?

* If you would like to select an option that this form does not

represent, or that our fee calculator does not calculate, please explain your request here (be as specific as

possible):

This project would take the form of a module that shows up where the chart of program fees is now.
