Move from Joomla to Wordpress

I have a Joomla-based website, but administration and posting of articles is too time-consuming. I want to move everything to Wordpress, which is already installed and running, but still empty. Your job would be to install a theme (e.g. [login to view URL]), change it's color from grey to red, Insert the logo, and fill out the existing pages (only 15 pages/articles so far).
Important: website must be fast loading and also easily browsable on mobile devices (either by chosing another theme which can accomplish both or by installing a plugin to take on this task).
In the back-end i also need all the standard components to be installed (SEO-friendly URLs, visitor tracking, adsense, a nice editor to easily insert thumbnail/zoom and gallery effects, ...). The naming of categories/sections, etc. should be intuitive and the site infrastructure such that content can be added easily (a system similar to the functionality of google+ would be preferred, where pics and description can be uploaded without pain from a mobile device and published instantly).
