Talented graphic artists required to design website layout mockups - supply as Photoshop .PSD

Talented graphic artists required to produce conceptual designs for a website layout. Only the initial layered photoshop design needs to be supplied. No html or site construction needed, just a Photoshop mockup. The site will then be taken by us and constructed in Macromedia Flash and then sold as a template.
As it is being sold as a template, any stock images used in the makeup of the layout need to be cleared for this use.
These will later be built in Flash so graphic intensive designs are welcome. See below for the kind of level of design, we need a unique design to this standard, although these are fully working sites, they demonstrate the nice interfaces etc I need:

The theme will be music, but incorporate any of the following 'feels':
dirty/distorted/abstract/experimental
urban
DJ/equipment
electronic musicians
Must be unique, innovative and fashionable
This bid request is for an initial design, but if a good designer is found there will be many more to come immediately after. This will lead to constant work for the right designer so its worth bidding if you have the skills.
Please make sure you post links to quality work you have done, preferably that has been used on the web, but not essential. And only bid if you are confident you have the design expertise I need.
Submitting a JPEG mockup will greatly increase your chances, let me know if you are willing to do this and I'll give you some guidelines.
