1 page website from pdf & .ai file

I have quickly designed a 1 page website in Adobe illustrator CS3

Now i need it converted into a html file with CSS3 coding.

The page must have a combination of images and text

the images will be the logo and the book an inspection now button to the right of the logo, the kids swimming and the long banner like image underneath the left text saying "pool inspections from $165"

The Contact us info down the bottom of the page on the right must also be an image to prevent spam/telemarketers

The rest must be text based so it can be read by google

USe h1, h2 & h3 tags where they are on the page for the headings.

Use "#" for the links, i will update them later.

I have just added a sample body content for now to be used in template.
