Need super designer and webdesign expet to make me an mini site with web 2.0 like graphics!

Hello, i need a mini site designed with graphics and some banner ads.

1. Need a site template so that all of teh pages will match.

2. Need header with web 2.0 like graphics.

3. need simple matching footer.

4. Need several unique graphics to get in the website. Such as bullets, arrows, etc, buy right now buttons.

5. Will need an ebook image covers, dvd image covers,a nd report image colors.

5. Need nice colors and for images to match the t of the site.
