54464 Homepage and script install

I'm looking to create a website that has forum, chat, and dating site capabilities. It will need an interesting static home page (no flash) and two easily installed scripts set up, plus a few lines of html for the chat software. 1 - Install the dating script webdate from webscribble com. I have all the files, and installation instructions. Should be less than 30 minutes work. 2 – Install the forum software [url removed, login to view] (unless you have a better open source recommendation), with a layout similar to [url removed, login to view] 3 – install the 10 or so lines of html code for the chat software parachat ac from [url removed, login to view] and configure the colors to match the site 4 – install the chat server realchat from [url removed, login to view] 5 – design the site logo, and design the home page to integrate the dating database, forum, and chat. 6 - install shopping cart software 7 - google adsense enabled The scripts are all very simple and quick to setup. I'm looking for a designer with great talent for the home page design and integration of the components. I'd like to be able to update the home page regularly, so it should be designed in such a way that changes are easy to make. I will likely set up three of four duplicate sites that will use a different domain name and logo. I'm looking to get the project completed with excellent graphics and layout for under $500.00 . It should be very little work for an experienced person or team.
