This site needs to be created in Dreamweaver, using dwt and CSS in html. All pages need to be linked to a dwt template. It will need to view perfectly in both IE 6+ and Firefox 2+ and be editable in Dreamweaver.
There will be a portal and two sites of about 7 pages (using similar graphical design), all sitting on the one domain, so all within the one file structure.
Please do not bid if you do not have experience in creating sites in Dreamweaver
We need a great design which will need to be sliced and all pages created in html/php using a single dwt template and css. Further information will be given to the winning candidate.
