PNG design to XHTML HTML (Facebook landing tabs)

A simple job - provide valid, browser-tested code for Facebook Tab designs.
Each design will generally be 520px x 1000px & include hyperlinks (text with rollover effects & image links - possibly rollover effects), like boxes & google map. The design will be sent as a Fireworks png.
***YOU WILL NOT NEED TO SETUP THE FACEBOOK APPLICATION - we only require the iframe code***
IN YOUR BID PLEASE INCLUDE;
1. samples of your previous work
2. what browsers you test in
3. estimated time to code 1 tab (see samples)
4. your hourly rate (we may have more "hourly" rate work)
5. are you part of a company which provides other web services?
6. anything else you feel is relevant or you could offer to add value
Please note; we normally do this work inhouse however I am looking for someone to potentially outsource some of our workload on a regular basis. We are looking for honest work, timely delivery & clean, browser-compatible xhtml code.
***ALSO...(BONUS)....
Please let us know if you are also a designer (provide samples of design work) or have Facebook experience. This would be a bonus but is NOT ESSENTIAL.
