I need good front end developer to convert my psd themplate into html5 responsive with bootstrap

i may have some details that like effect and js script that need to be used for this template.
All will be using free resources of script, you do not need to do write script, but more into pay attention onto the aesthetic of the display, do you think you can follow my guide through this project, like the animation of the content, etc
i would also need a documentation in bootstrap as well for this template to show the structure of the template, since this template purpose it to be sold.
