7950 high quality template required

I require a high quality template for my website, I just need 1 page designed with an area placed on the bottom right for the content to go, this area doesnt need to be massive but I plan on putting a textarea in there, anyways I can give you an example of what I mean when the time comes. The design needs to be very eye catching so I will be looking at your previous work in great detail. All I need from you is the image in PSD format and I will do the slicing as required.
