Malware on my site, help!

I have a Bluehost hosting account and one of my sites has been hacked with malware.
The individual then somehow installed an html verification file that allowed him/her to access my google web masters account for that site. Why they would want access to that specific site is beyond me?
I have deleted that file and Bluehost was able to restore the site to a previous state.
What do I need you to do?
I need you to look over the malware scan file to see if any other sites are infected and to fix any issues you find. The Bluehost malware scan shows me that there are files that are infected.
I need you to help with fixing the issue. Explain to me exactly what you did so I can learn from you. (hey, I'm interested in this stuff, ok?)
Then, I need you to help with site speed. Can you improve it on my sites?
Then, I need you to create divi websites, if you can, for new clients.
Please tell me about any of your security "fixing" past.
Please tell me how you would secure my sites to make sure this doesn't happen again.
