Need a web scraper that meets the following requirements:

1) Scans the internet to collect Business Data

2) Business Data is contact information, mainly email addresses, but would like to also collect name, phone number, and domain (as part of email) with the email address.

3) Data should be stored and indexed in database on AWS.

4) Should maintain scanning to know if data has been removed or is still active.

5) End results should allow us to do similar things as [login to view URL] (explained in video).

6) Must make sure we are doing things "above board" (legally) and not getting the robot / scan engine banned.
